IBT President and General Secretary-Treasurer
The Rules for the 2010-2011 IBT International Union Delegate and Officer Election ("Rules") provide that candidates for General President and General Secretary-Treasurer nominated from the floor must receive at least 5 percent of the delegate votes cast in order to be nominated for the ballot.
